I. Required Documents:
(1) An application form.
(2) ROC national: The original and one copy of ID card or the original household certificate or the transcript of household registration issued within past one month. If the purpose of using in overseas, please present one copy of passport (including the pages with English name).
(3) Foreigner: The original and one copy of passport, ARC（if they are/were ARC holders）or other documents for verification.
II. Processing Time:
Three working day (excluding the day of the application, weekends and holidays, and it may take longer for those who requiring further check through judicial or military.
III. Processing Fee:
1.Cash: NT$100 for each copy
2.Overseas foreigners applied by mail should enclose US$6 on cash.
IV. Application Management:
1.Directly applied at the Foreign Affairs Section (201 No.205, Sin 2nd Road, Keelung City, Taiwan, R.O.C.).
2.On-line application:
(1) Please click the connection (http://notes.npa.gov.tw/police/police.nsf) and key in your all information, After completing the application, please send it and call our section at 2425-2787 to confirm.
(2) After three working day, please bring with the required document to Foreign Affairs Section to pick up Police Criminal Record.（or Self-addressed return envelop with NT$25 postage） |
