    • Original passport or ARC / APRC
    • Processing fee: NT$100 per certificate. Each additional certificate applied at the same time is charged NT$20 ( the contents of each certificate should be the same )
    • Notification: If you are unable to submit the application in person and will authorize someone in your stead, you should fill out a power of attorney. When the authorized person acts on your behalf in the process of application, he / she should show the power of attorney and his/her proof of identity along with yours for verification.

      • While receiving the certification, please have proof of identity as described in the application in person above when picking up a PCRC at KCPB.

    • Proof of identity: a copy of the passport or ARC / APRC
    • Processing fee: US$7.00 per certificate in cash. ( Applicants from Hong Kong and Macau should remit US$6.00 in cash. ) Each additional certificate applied at the same time is charged US$1.00.
    • A self-addressed envelope ( No postage fee or stamp is required )

• II. Processing Time:
  • It typically takes 3 working days to process the application. However, it may take longer for applications which require an inquiry for criminal records to judicial authorities, namely courts or military courts.
• III. Notification:
  • According to the Act Governing Issuance of Police Criminal Record Certificates, Police Records will not be issued to applicants who remain on a wanted list or whose prison sentences haven't been served or are being served.
